Modules Offered: IELTS English Reading Focus Area Learning Outcomes Reading Comprehension Skills and Strategies Process and comprehend texts at literal and inferential levels. Assessment Methods: Final assessment is based on written examinations set by International English Language Testing System (UK). Internal assessments include Mock Examinations and monthly progressive board game tests. Listening and Oral Communication Graduation Criteria: Students are deemed graduated when they have completed the course with at least 90% attendance for international students and 80% attendance for local students. Attendance Requirement: All Student Pass Holders are required to maintain a record of 90% and above. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of student pass. Non-Student Pass Holders are required to maintain a record of 80% and above. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the student. Average Teacher Student Ratio: 1 : 15 Course Duration: Full – time : 6 months (weekly 5 days x 3 hrs) Part – time : 6 months (weekly 3 days x 3 hrs) Awards: Upon graduation, students can be given a Statement of Achievement upon request.
