ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT
Course Objective:
The Advanced Diploma in Business and Management has been developed by Trinity International College as a qualification for students aiming for a career in one of a wide range of industries, and/or for students aiming for a Higher Education qualification in a subject allied to Business and Management.
The main aim of the Diploma in Business Studies is to give students the best possible preparation for a successful career in one of a wide range of industries. Graduates of the course will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the basic underlying academic concepts and principles associated with the broader discipline of Management.
Module Objectives

10 Business Management Modules
1. Advanced Business English
This module aims to enable students to learn business English vocabulary and grammar through lessons on the latest topics in the business world.
2. Evolution and Change Management
the module is aiming to train the students to have An appreciation of the impact of organizational change on people and Identified ways they can positively lead and motivate people through cultural or organizational change.
3. Introduction to Human Resources
This module aims to provide an introduction to Human resources management.
4. Leadership and Management
This module aims to provide an introduction to leadership and management.
5. Corporate Culture, Employer, and Employee Relationship
This module aims to provide an introduction to the corporate culture, employee relationship.
6. Finance–Investment appraisal
This module aims to provide knowledge of Finance, sources of finance and Investment Appraisal.
7. Managerial Finance—time value of money
This module aims to provide knowledge of managerial finance—Time value of money.
8. Marketing–Product and Price
This module aims to provide knowledge of Marketing, products, and price.
9. Innovation and Project Management
This module aims to provide knowledge of Innovation and Project Management.
10. Financial Statements and analysis
This module aims to provide knowledge of financial statements and analysis.
The manner of Teaching:
Lectures tutorials and project assignments will be conducted at Trinity International College.

Course Admission Criteria
Entry Requirement | |

Minimum Age | Be at least 17 years old at the time of application |
Academic Level | Obtained at least a Grade E in any 2 GCE ‘A’ level subjects and at least a Grade C6 in any 2 GCE ‘AO’ (H1) level subjects OR Diploma from recognized local/overseas Polytechnics or Professional Institutes. Other equivalent qualification may be considered on a case by case basis. |
Language Proficiency | At least a C6 at GCE ‘O’ Level English or IELTS 5.5 or a pass of English test from Trinity International College ( Internal Exam, passing grade 50% upon 100%) |

Promotion and Graduation Requirements
The learners will need to fulfil all of the following to graduate and be awarded the
ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT:
1. Attendance Requirement:
(i) 90% for all learners who are under student pass (STP);
(ii) 75% for learners without STP;
2. Pass all modules
