Basic Documents Required for Course Application
- 1. Applicant’s Passport (photocopy)
- 2. Applicant’s Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- 3. Passport size photo
- 4. Certified Copy of Educational Certificates and Transcripts
- 5. Financial Statement (fixed deposit accounts/savings accounts)
- 6. Photocopy of Applicant’s parents Passport or identity card
- 7. Photocopy of Applicant’s siblings Passport or identity card
- 8. Applicant’s Employment Letter (Letter should state date of commencement, designation & salary per month)
- 9. Application Form
- 10. Documented proof of vaccination or evidence of immunity for diphtheria and measles (Student below 12 year old)
Note:
Documents not in English must be accompanied by an official translation.
