Understanding policies, procedures and student welfare protection
About TIC
Trinity International College (TIC) is a premier Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore, dedicated to providing a holistic educational pathway. We offer a diverse range of programs, including Secondary School education and Professional Diploma courses, designed to equip students with both academic excellence and practical industry skills.
General Policy Overview
TIC maintains a rigorous and transparent policy framework to ensure the welfare, safety, and academic integrity of all students.
Student Standard Contract
All students must sign the PEI-Student Contract prior to enrollment. This is a legally binding document mandated by the Committee for Private Education (CPE) that clearly outlines the terms and conditions of the course, including the refund policy and dispute resolution procedures.
Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)
To safeguard our students' interests, TIC adopts the Fee Protection Scheme. This ensures that all unconsumed course fees paid by students are protected against the event that the school is unable to continue operations due to insolvency or closure.
Dress Code
TIC promotes a professional learning environment.
- Secondary Students: Must wear the prescribed school uniform during school hours.
- Diploma Students: Expected to adhere to a "Smart Casual" or professional business attire as required by their specific program.
Attendance Policy
Consistent attendance is vital for academic success and is a requirement for Student Pass holders.
- International Students: Must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% monthly as per ICA regulations.
- Local Students: Must maintain a minimum attendance of 75%.
Medical Insurance
TIC provides a Group Medical Insurance scheme for all full-time students. This policy covers hospitalization and related medical expenses in Singapore, ensuring students have access to necessary healthcare during their studies.
Code of Conduct for Academic Integrity
All academic invigilators of TIC must comply with the Code of Conduct for Academic Integrity to uphold examination integrity. Please click here for "Code of Conduct for Academic Integrity"
