Ivy Yap is an accomplished leader with extensive industry experience in hospitality and business management, she has held senior leadership roles overseeing operations across Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Her expertise spans human resources, training, and business performance, where she has consistently delivered operational excellence and organizational growth. Her strong professional background enriches her teaching of Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as Business and Management. By integrating real-world industry practices into the classroom, she equips students with practical skills and global perspectives that prepare them for success in competitive markets. As Director of Operations at the college, she plays a pivotal role in advancing academic quality, ensuring industry relevance, and fostering student development. Her leadership bridges the gap between education and industry, cultivating graduates who are confident, capable, and career-ready.

Currently serving as Principal of Trinity International College, Singapore, she oversees academic programs, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance. She is committed to fostering high academic standards and a positive learning environment.

An Sitong is experienced in designing curriculum and developing engaging class materials for diploma-level students in Business and Management, as well as Retail and Supply Chain Management. A promising and passionate educator, she is dedicated to shaping students' skills, confidence, and professional mindset. Having studied and lived in Singapore for several years as an international student, she understands the academic, cultural, and personal challenges faced by foreign students, enabling her to connect effectively with learners and support their successful transition to life and study in Singapore.

Lam Khin Yee
Lam Khin Yee has over 25 years of senior management experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, serving as a General Manager in international hotel operations across Singapore, China, Laos, and Vietnam. His professional expertise spans hospitality operations, sales and marketing, customer service, financial management, and leadership, providing strong industry-aligned knowledge and practical insights relevant to diploma programmes in Hospitality, Tourism, and Business Management.

Charles Ong
Charles Ong has more than 20 years of demand & supply planning experience in manufacturing, retail, chemical, pharmaceutical, diary & biotechnology industries. Ensuring optimized end-to-end supply chain planning best practices to achieve maximized customer satisfaction & reliable forecast process and accuracy. He has Bachelor of Business – Management & Marketing from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Moreover, he also attained the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) at Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) in Singapore.
